At Muse du Sahel, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return policy carefully below.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, in perfect condition, and in the same state as when you received it

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Not be one of the non-refundable products listed below

Non-Refundable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Health and personal care products

  • Downloadable software

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Hazardous, flammable, or liquid products

  • Items given as gifts or won in contests

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange a product:

  • Our error: we cover the return and reshipping costs

  • Customer error (e.g., wrong size): return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Return Fees

  • Restocking fees: None

  • Defective products: No return fees

  • Change of mind: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Obtaining a Return Label

You can download your return label from our website after your request is approved. If in doubt, contact us by email.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds are issued in euros (€), via the original payment method or as store credit (if applicable).

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
